化瘀复元胶囊对心房颤动患者氧化应激、炎症及左房内径影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察化瘀复元胶囊联合西药治疗心房颤动的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的心房颤动病例随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组45例。两组均给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用化瘀复元胶囊,两组疗程均为12周,对比两组氧化应激标志物、炎症因子及左房内径的变化,观察两组中医证候疗效。结果:治疗组氧化应激标志物、炎症因子以及左房内径的改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组中医证候疗效比较,治疗组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:化瘀复元胶囊具有良好的抗氧化应激、抗炎作用,能有效干预心房颤动患者的心房重构,控制心房颤动的发生发展。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the Huayu Fuyuan capsules(化痰复元胶囊)plus western medicine on atrial fibrillation.Methods:Patients with atrial fibrillation were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,45 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional western medicine treatment,and the treatment group was added with the Huayu Fuyuan capsules.The changes of oxidative stress markers,inflammatory factors and left atrial diameter in the two groups were compared,and the effect of TCM syndromes in the two groups was observed.Results:The improvement of oxidative stress markers,inflammatory factors and left atrial diameter in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndromes in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Huayu Fuyuan capsules shows good antioxidative stress and anti-inflammatory effects,it can effectively intervene with atrial remodeling in atrial fibrillation patients,and control the occurrence and development of atrial fibrillation.
