浅析《太平惠民和剂局方》中生姜药用研究

摘　　要：目的:分析《太平惠民和剂局方》中含生姜方剂用药的分类与归纳,为指导临床用药及新处方研发提供参考。方法:以《太平惠民和剂局方》中的方剂为主,使用Excel统计软件联合人工校对,统计并罗列出含有生姜的方剂及其功效。对主方中未出现生姜,而出现在煎煮方法、服用方法、药物炮制方法中的有关方剂均加以统计。另外对方剂中生姜的配伍加以分析。结果:通过对《太平惠民和剂局方》中含生姜的方剂进行归纳分析,并查阅大量文献,反映出生姜的用药的配伍特点,为生姜临床的更广泛应用提供参考。Objective:To analyze the classification and summarization of prescriptions containing Shengjiang(Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens)in Taiping Huimin Hejiju Fang(《太平惠民和剂局方》),and to provide more references for guiding clinical medication and the development of new prescriptions.Methods:Using Excel 2016 statistical software and manual proofreading,based on the prescriptions in Taiping Huimin Hejiju Fang,the prescriptions containing Shengjiang and their effects were counted and listed.All the relevant prescriptions that Shengjiang did not appear in the main prescription but appeared in boiling method,taking method,and medicine preparation method were counted.In addition,the compatibility of Shengjiang in the prescription was analyzed.Results:Through the inductive analysis of the prescriptions containing Shengjiang in Taiping Huimin Hejiju Fang,and consulting a large number of documents,the compatibility characteristics of Shengjiang were reflected,and provided a reference for the wider clinical application of Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens.
