针灸联合消癖汤治疗乳腺增生的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨针灸联合消癖汤治疗乳腺增生的临床疗效。方法:使用数字表法将50例乳腺增生患者分为对照组以及研究组,对照组接受消癖汤治疗,研究组接受针灸联合消癖汤治疗,对比两组患者乳房肿块评分、乳房疼痛评分以及疗效差异。结果:治疗前,乳房肿块评分、乳房疼痛评分及中医临床症状评分对比,组间数据无显著差异;治疗后,两组乳房肿块评分均上升,乳房疼痛评分及中医临床症状评分均下降;组间数据对比,研究组乳房肿块评分高于对照组,乳房疼痛评分及中医临床症状评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)、前列腺素G2(Prostaglankin G2,PEG2)对比,组间数据无显著差异;治疗后,两组TNF-α、PEG2、IL-6均下降;组间数据对比,研究组IL-6、TNF-α、PEG2均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺增生患者接受针灸联合消癖汤治疗能够有效缓解临床症状,改善疗效,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of acupuncture plus the Xiaopi decoction(消癖汤)on breast hyperplasia.Methods:50 cases were divided into the control group and the study group according to the number table method.The control group received the Xiaopi decoction,and the study group received acupuncture plus the Xiaopi decoction.Results:After treatment,the breast lumps scores in two group were both improved,and the breast pain score and clinical symptom score were decreased,and the breast lumps scores in the study group was higher,the breast pain score and clinical symptom score were lower than the control group with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The IL-6,TNF-αand PEG2 in the groups were all decreased,and those in the study group were lower than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total efficiency in the study group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Treating breast hyperplasia by acupuncture with the Xiaopi decoction can effectively relieve clinical symptoms,improve the efficacy,and is worth promoting.
