复方甘草酸苷联合阿维A胶囊在红皮病性银屑病中的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的:探究分析复方甘草酸苷联合阿维A胶囊治疗红皮病性银屑病(Erythrodermic Psoriasis,EP)的临床效果。方法:对2018年1月-2020年1月接收的43例EP患者进行观察,并采用随机数字表法对其进行分组:单药组(21例,采用阿维A胶囊进行治疗)、联合组(22例,采用复方甘草酸苷联合阿维A胶囊进行治疗)。分析比较两组患者的药物起效时间、皮损开始消退时间、银屑病皮损面积与严重程度指数(Psoriasis Area and Severity Index,PASI)评分、中医症状积分及外周血T-淋巴细胞亚群(CD4^(+)、CD8^(+))水平,观察其临床疗效。结果:治疗后,联合组的药物起效时间短于单药组,皮损开始消退时间早于单药组;联合组的PASI评分低于单药组;联合组的中医症状积分低于单药组;联合组的CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)水平均高于单药组;此外,联合组的总有效率高于单药组(P<0.05)。结论:在EP治疗中采用复方甘草酸苷、阿维A胶囊联合方案可促进药物起效,调节机体免疫水平,加快皮损消退速度,改善临床症状,提高治疗效果,值得推广。Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical effects of compound glycyrrhizin plus acitretin capsules on erythrodermic psoriasis.Methods:43 cases in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were observed,and were divided into the single group(21 cases,took acitretin capsules)and the combined group(22 cases,received compound glycyrrhizin plus acitretin capsules)by random number table method.Results:After treatment,the medicine onset time in the combined group was shorter than that in the single group,and the skin lesions subsided time was earlier than the single group.The PASI scores and TCM symptoms scores in the combined group were lower than the single group.The CD4^(+)and CD8^(+)levels in the combined group were higher than the single group;in addition,the total efficiency in the combined group was higher than the single group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound glycyrrhizin plus acitretin capsules on EP can accelerate medicine absorption,adjust the body’s immune level,speed up the regression of patients’skin lesions,ameliorate clinical symptoms,and improve the effects.It is worthy of promotion.
