从肝主疏泄初探围绝经期肝郁与衰老的关系论

摘　　要：女子生理特点以血为本、以肝为先天,病理特点为多郁。《素问·上古天真论篇》以女子七岁为节律阶段,系统论述了女子生长壮老已的生命周期,指出女子七七任脉虚,太冲脉衰少,天癸竭,地道不通,故形坏而无子也,即进入女子的特殊生理时期(围绝经期),与天癸竭、肝气衰、肾藏衰密切相关,肝失疏泄,则情志异常,临床以肝郁多见,提示肝郁是女子衰老的关键诱因。因此,文章以围绝经期肝郁为研究对象,系统查阅国内外文献,通过综合-分析-综合的方法,梳理肝郁与衰老之间的内在联系,旨在丰富肝郁的理论内涵。The physiological characteristics of women are based on blood,the liver is congenital,and the pathological characteristics are more depressed.Suwen·Ancient Naive Theory takes the woman’s seven-year-old as the rhythm stage,systematically discusses the life cycle of the woman’s growth and aging,and points out that the woman’s seven or seven pulse is weak,the Taichong pulse(太冲脉)is weak,the sky is exhausted,and the tunnel is unreasonable bad and childless,that is,entering a woman’s special physiological period(perimenopausal period)is closely related to Tiangui(天癸)exhaustion,liver Qi(肝气)failure,and kidney storage failure.Liver loss and drainage are abnormal emotions.Clinically,liver depression is more common.Liver depression is a key cause of aging in women.Therefore,this article takes perimenopausal liver depression as the researchobject,systematically consults domestic and foreign literatures,and combs the internal relationship between liver depression and aging through a comprehensive-analysis-synthesis method,aiming to enrich the theoretical connotation of liver depression.
