中西医结合卒中单元模式对急性缺血性脑卒中的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医结合卒中单元医疗管理模式对急性缺血性脑卒中的影响。方法:将符合条件的217例缺血性中风急性期患者随机分成治疗组109例,对照组108例。治疗组采用中西医结合卒中单元模式管理,对照组予以常规治疗。记录两组患者在不同时间点上中医证候积分、神经功能缺损、残障及生活质量、卒中后抑郁和不良反应的情况。结果:干预后,治疗组的中医证候积分、神经功能缺损、残障及生活质量、卒中后抑郁情绪改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组均未出现不良反应。结论:对急性缺血性脑卒中患者采用中西医结合卒中单元模式管理,可有效改善患者的神经功能,提高患者的生活质量,减轻卒中后抑郁发生,安全有效。Objective:To explore the influences of the integrative medincine stroke unit medical management model on acute ischemic stroke.Methods:217 eligible patients were randomly divided into the treatment group of 109 cases and the control group of 108 cases.The treatment group was given the integrative medicine stroke unit medical management mode,and the control group received conventional treatment.Results:After the intervention,the improvement of TCM syndrome scores,neurological impairment,disability and life quality,and post-stroke depression in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no adverse reaction in the groups.Conclusion:The integrative medicine stroke unit medical management model on acute ischemic stroke can effectively improve the neurological function,improve the life quality,and reduce the occurrence of post-stroke depression,and is safe and effective.
