摘　　要：目的:探讨分析神经干刺激疗法联合康复训练治疗脑卒中恢复期效果。方法:选取84例脑卒中恢复期患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予神经干刺激疗法联合康复训练治疗,对照组仅给予康复训练治疗,比较两组治疗前与治疗后4、8周美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National Institute of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS)、Fugl-Meyer肢体运动功能评定量表(Fugl-Meyer Motor Assessmen,FMA)、Fugl-Meyer平衡量表、改良Barthel指数(Modified Barthel Index,MBI)评分。结果:治疗前两组NIHSS、FMA、Fugl-Meyer平衡量表、MBI评分无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后4、8周两组NIHSS评分均呈现显著下降趋势,FMA、Fugl-Meyer平衡量表、MBI评分均呈现显著上升趋势,且观察组NIHSS评分下降趋势更显著,FMA评分、Fugl-Meyer平衡量表评分、MBI指数上升更显著,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:神经干刺激疗法联合康复训练治疗脑卒中恢复期可改善患者神经功能缺损和肢体运动功能障碍,提高患者的日常生活能力,值得在临床上推广。Objective:To explore and analyze the effects of neural stem stimulation therapy plus rehabilitation training on stroke recovery period.Methods:84 cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was given neural stem stimulation therapy plus rehabilitation training,and the control group was given only rehabilitation training.Results:There was no significant difference in NIHSS,FMA,FBS,and MBI scores before treatment(P>0.05).At 4 and 8 weeks after treatment,NIHSS scores in both groups showed a significantly downward trend;FMA,FBS,and MBI scores in both groups all showed a significantly upward trend;the decrease of NIHSS scores in the observation group was more obvious than the control group;the increase of FMA score,FBS score,and MBI in the observation group was more significant,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treating stroke recovery period by neural stem stimulation therapy plus rehabilitation training can ameliorate patients’neurological deficits and limbs motor dysfunction,improve the daily life of patients,which is recommended to promote clinically.
