留针法和快刺法行针刺治疗颈型颈椎病的效果及对疼痛症状的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨留针法和快刺法行针刺治疗颈型颈椎病的效果及对疼痛症状的影响。方法:选取60例颈型颈椎病患者,根据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组30例,对照组实施留针法行针刺治疗,观察组快刺法行针刺治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、颈痛量表积分、炎症因子的表达以及血流变血指标水平。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者的颈痛量表积分均有所下降,观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组白细胞介素-1β、白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组全血粘度、血浆粘度明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:颈型颈椎病患者应用留针法和快刺法行针刺治疗均有较好的临床疗效,快刺法可显著降低患者的颈痛,缓解炎症反应,改善血流变学,值得进一步研究及推广。Objective:To investigate the effect of the retention-needle method plus fast needling method on cervical spondylosis and the influence on pain.Methods:60 patients were divided into the control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was subjected to the needle retention method.The observation group was treated with retention needle plus fast acupuncture.The clinical efficacy,neck pain scale score,expression of inflammatory factors,and blood rheological index levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of the neck pain scale in the two groups of patients was decreased,and that in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Interleukin-1β,interleukin-6,and tumor necrosis factor-αof the observation group were significantly lower thaninthe control group(P<0.05),and the whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with cervical spondylosis treated by retention-needle and quick needling meyhod have good clinical effects.Fast needling can significantly reduce the patient’s neck pain,alleviate inflammation,and improve hemorheology.It is worthy of further study and promotion.
