摘　　要：多囊肾病是最常见的一种遗传性肾脏病,在少数民族地区呈多发性,治愈率低等特点,单纯西医治疗差。多囊肾病可归属中医“积聚”范畴,通过从中医经典《医学三字经》学习,从元阳方向考虑运用中医药辨证治疗,结合临床经验,全面了解多囊肾病,并指导临床治疗。治疗中采用中医药,从多靶点、多种机制同时发挥作用,根据临床辨证施治,能有效延缓病情,提高患者的生活品质,有效降低肾脏损害率。Polycystic kidney disease is the most common hereditary kidney disease,has multiple occurrences in minority areas,with low cured rate.Western medicine alone is not effective on the disease.PCD can belong to the category of abdominal mass in TCM.Through learning Yixue Sanzijing(《医学三字经》),combined with clinical experiences of the author,a comprehensive understanding of polycystic kidney disease was given in this article,so as to comprehensively guide the clinical treatment of the disease.
