摘  要:为对人机操控界面进行质量评估,构建一种多指标决策的综合评估模型。首先,提取与建立评估指标体系;然后,依托灰色接近关联度算法实现评价人员可靠度的量化表达;最后,结合灰色关联贴近度方法计算评估结果。采用该文模型对6种乘用车驾驶操控界面进行评估。结果表明:该体系24项二级指标中安全防护设计、操控-反馈方向、认知规律3项指标相对最重要,综合权重的均值较其他21项指标均值高95.14%;汽车车型、设计定位、生产成本均与驾控界面质量的优劣之间存在关联。In order to evaluate the quality of man-machine interface,a comprehensive evaluation model of multi-index decision-making is constructed.Firstly,extract and establish the evaluation index system;then,the quantitative expression of the evaluator’s reliability is realized based on the grey approach correlation algorithm;finally,the evaluation results are calculated with the grey relational approach degree method.The model is used to evaluate the driving control interface of six kinds of passenger cars.The results show that among the 24 secondary indicators,safety protection design,control-feedback direction and cognitive law are the most important,and the average value of comprehensive weight is 95.14%higher than that of other 21 indicators;vehicle model,design orientation and production cost are related to the quality of driving control interface.
