交锁髓内钉早期动力化治疗下肢骨折患者的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探究下肢骨折患者接受交锁髓内钉早期动力化治疗的临床疗效。方法76例下肢骨折患者,随机分为对照组及观察组,各38例。对照组接受交锁髓内钉治疗,观察组接受交锁髓内钉早期动力化治疗。比较两组患者的骨折愈合时间、住院时间、Rasmussen评分、肢体功能恢复效果及并发症发生率。结果观察组骨折愈合时间(7.51±0.75)周、住院时间(13.52±1.88)d短于对照组的(12.91±0.52)周、(18.79±2.16)d,Rasmussen评分(23.29±3.35)分高于对照组的(19.49±7.76)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组优良率92.11%高于对照组的68.42%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率13.16%低于对照组的34.21%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论下肢骨折患者接受交锁髓内钉早期动力化治疗,患者骨折愈合时间及住院时间更短。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of early dynamic therapy of interlocking intramedullary nail on lower extremity fracture.Methods A total of 76 patients with lower extremity fracture were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with interlocking intramedullary nail,and the observation group was treated with early dynamic therapy of interlocking intramedullary nail.The fracture healing time,hospitalization time,Rasmussen score,recovery effect of limb function and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The fracture healing time(7.51±0.75)weeks,hospitalization time(13.52±1.88)d of the observation group were shorter than(12.91±0.52)weeks and(18.79±2.16)d of the control group,and Rasmussen score(23.29±3.35)points was higher than(19.49±7.76)points of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent rate 92.11%of the observation group was higher than 68.42%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications 13.16%of the observation group was lower than 34.21%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early dynamic therapy of interlocking intramedullary nail can shorten the fracture healing time and hospitalization time of patients with lower extremity fracture.
