达英-35治疗功能失调性子宫出血合并中重度贫血的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察达英-35治疗功能失调性子宫出血合并中重度贫血的临床疗效。方法89例功能失调性子宫出血合并中重度贫血患者,采用奇偶数法将患者分为试验组(45例)与对照组(44例)。对照组采用戊酸雌二醇片(商品名:补佳乐)与安宫黄体酮进行联合治疗,试验组给予炔雌醇环丙孕酮片(商品名:达英-35)进行治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果、出血控制时间、血红蛋白水平及不良反应发生情况。结果试验组患者治疗总有效率为97.78%明显高于对照组的77.27%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者不良反应发生率为2.22%明显低于对照组的20.45%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者出血控制时间为(18.56±5.23)h明显短于对照组的(26.52±6.15)h,血红蛋白水平为(115.22±6.25)g/L明显高于对照组的(96.12±6.46)g/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对功能失调性子宫出血合并中重度贫血患者,根据病情严重程度运用达英-35进行治疗,可快速控制出血,改善临床体征,缩短治疗时间,且不良反应少,利于患者生活质量恢复,可在临床中推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Diane-35 in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding complicated with moderate and severe anemia.Methods A total of 89 cases of dysfunctional uterine bleeding complicated with moderate to severe anemia were divided into experimental group(45 cases)and control group(44 cases)according to odd-even number method.The control group was treated with estradiol valerate tablets(trade name:Progynova)and medroxyprogesterone 17-acetate,and the experimental group was treated with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets(trade name:Diane-35).The therapeutic effect,bleeding control time,hemoglobin level and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.78%,which was obviously higher than 77.27%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the experimental group was 2.22%,which was obviously lower than 20.45%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The bleeding control time(18.56±5.23)h of the experimental group was obviously shorter than(26.52±6.15)h of the control group,and hemoglobin(115.22±6.25)g/L was obviously higher than(96.12±6.46)g/L of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding and moderate to severe anemia,Diane-35 can quickly control bleeding,improve clinical signs,shorten treatment time,and has less adverse reactions,which is conducive to the recovery of patients’quality of life,and can be widely promoted and applied in clinic.
