喷雾型过敏原阻隔剂在功能性鼻内镜鼻窦术患者预后中的作用

摘　　要：目的:观察喷雾型过敏原阻隔剂在功能性鼻内镜鼻窦术(FESS)患者中的应用效果。方法:60例鼻-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者随机分为对照组与观察组,两组均接受FESS手术治疗。对照组术后2周给予生理盐水冲洗鼻腔+糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂治疗。观察组在对照组的基础上,加用喷雾型过敏原阻隔剂治疗。3个月后比较两组的临床治疗效果及血清中总IGE的浓度变化。结果:血清中总IgE浓度降低幅度观察组高于对照组。观察组术后第6周、术后3个月鼻腔症状Lund-Kennedy评分比较均低于同时间点对照组。观察组总有效率高于对照组(96.67%VS 83.33%)。观察组鼻腔黏膜上皮化时间早于对照组,复发率低于对照组。结论:FESS术后应用生理盐水冲洗鼻腔+糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂+喷雾型过敏原阻隔剂可提高临床治疗效果,改善鼻腔症状,缩短鼻腔黏膜上皮化时间,降低复发率。Objective To observe the application effect of spray allergen blocker in patients with functional endoscopic sinus surgery(FESS).Methods Sixty patients with rhinosinusitis were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.Both groups received FESS surgery.The control group was treated with normal saline flushing the nasal cavity and mometasone furoate nasal spray 2 weeks after the operation.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was treated with spray-type allergen blocker.The clinical treatment effects,nasal symptoms,nasal mucosal epithelialization time and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The reduction of serum total IgE concentration in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The nasal mucosal epithelialization time of the observation group was earlier than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(96.67%VS 83.33%).The nasal mucosal epithelialization time of the observation group was earlier than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion After FESS,the application of normal saline flushing of the nasal cavity+mometasone furoate nasal spray+spray allergen blocker can improve clinical treatment effects,improve nasal symptoms,shorten the time of nasal mucosal epithelialization,and reduce the recurrence rate.
