摘 要:目的:探究CE-MRA、CTA图像在宫颈癌早期诊断中的应用价值。方法:选择2017年8月~2019年2月我院收治的37例早期宫颈癌患者作为研究对象,所有患者均在术前1周完成CE-MRA、CTA检查,对比两种检查手段在子宫动脉上、下行支上的显示效果。结果:CE-MRA、CTA在明确子宫动脉上行支起源、显示子宫动脉上行支血管分布及连续性上比较未见显著差异。CE-MRA、CTA在综合评估子宫动脉上行支上的平均评分及评分分布比较无统计学意义,二者评分的一致性良好(Kappa=0.76)。CTA在清晰显示子宫动脉下行支血管的比例明显高于CE-MRA,显示不清晰以及无法显示的比例明显低于CE-MRA,差异比较有统计学意义。结论:CE-MRA、CTA图像均能够清晰显示早期宫颈癌患者子宫动脉上行支的起源、血管分布及连续性,但CTA图像在显示子宫动脉下行支上较CE-MRA图像更具优势。Objective To research the application value of CE-MRA and CTA images in early diagnosis of cervical cancer.Method 37 patients with early cervical cancer admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to February 2019 were selected as the subjects of study.All patients completed CE-MRA and CTA examination one week before operation,and compared the display effect of the two examination methods on the upper and lower branches of uterine artery.Result There were no significant differences between CE-MRA and CTA in the origin,distribution and continuity of the ascending branches of uterine artery.There was no significant difference between CE-MRA and CTA in the comprehensive evaluation of the ascending branch of uterine artery,and they had good agreement(kappa=0.76).The proportion of CTA in clearly displaying the descending branches of uterine artery was significantly higher than that of CE-MRA,and the proportion of unclear and unable to display were significantly lower than those of CE-MRA.Conclusion CE-MRA and CTA images can clearly show the origin,distribution and continuity of the ascending branches of uterine artery in early cervical cancer patients,but CTA images have more advantages than CE-MRA images in displaying the descending branches of uterine artery.
