摘　　要：随着我国社会政治经济的不断发展,涉农社区民主化建设逐渐成熟,但居民在参与治理的过程中仍存在着诸多问题与阻碍。文章基于对F社区的调查与实践,挖掘问题,分析成因,构建"数字+需求"驱动、分类分阶段递推、逐项突破的居民参与融合协同共治机制,以期引导和激发居民需求,实现协同自治,人人自主参与。研究注重机制的普适性和可操作性,为涉农社区居民参与积极性的提升寻找突破口,为其他社区的有效治理开辟新路径。With the continuous development of politic economy in our society,the construction of democracy in agriculture related communities is gradually mature,but there are still many problems and obstacles in the process of residents’participation in governance.The article is based on the investigation and practice of the F community,this paper explores the problems,analyzes the causes,and constructs collaborative co governance mechanism for residents’participation in integration,which is a"digital+demand"driven,classified and promoted by stage and item by item breakthrough,in order to guide and stimulate the needs of residents,realize collaborative autonomy and everyone’s independent participation.The study focuses on the universal applicability and operability of the mechanism,looking for a breakthrough for the improvement of the participation enthusiasm of residents in the agriculture related communities,and opening up new paths for the effective governance of other communities.
