摘　　要：党的十八大以来,习近平主席着眼于中华民族伟大复兴的强国梦和建成世界一流军队的强军梦,科学谋划设计、强力持续推动,使改革强军成为国防和军队建设发展的时代引擎。在持续深化国防和军队改革的关键时期,军队科研使命发生了深刻变化,军队科研力量面临转型重塑,军队科研工作的服务支撑作用将被重新定位,军队科研能力建设发展需要换挡提速。文章深入剖析军队科研的内涵特征,系统梳理军队科研的指导理论,全面分析军队科研使命任务,提出科学地强化军队科研能力建设的对策建议,以期为军队科研在改革强军的历史机遇中换代升级提供借鉴。Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC,President Xi Jinping has focused on the dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the dream of building a world class army and strong army,he has made scientific plans,designs,and continuously pushed forward,the reform of the strong army has become the engine of the development of national defense and army building.In the context of the key period of continuously deepening the reform of national defense and the armed forces,the mission and tasks of military scientific research have undergone profound changes,the military scientific research force is facing reshaping,the service support role of military scientific research work will be repositioned,and the development of military scientific research capacity needs to shift gears and speed up.This paper deeply analyzes the connotation and characteristics of military scientific research,systematically combs the theoretical guidance of military scientific research,comprehensively analyzes the mission and tasks of military scientific research,and scientifically puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the construction of military scientific research capacity,so as to provide enlightenment for the upgrading of military scientific research in the historical opportunity of reforming and strengthening the army.
