摘  要:目的评价1565 nm非剥脱点阵激光对皮肤的疗效。方法1565 nm点阵激光照射皮肤,皮肤生理检测仪检测皮肤弹性、含水量、经表皮失水量、皮脂含量;共聚焦激光扫描显微镜观察皮肤黑色素变化和胶原密度改变。结果激光照射后皮肤损伤4~7 d基本恢复;皮肤角质层含水量、经表皮失水量、皮肤回声值2周后恢复;胶原纤维致密度增高,表皮层色素略减少;不良反应主要包括即刻疼痛和红斑、肿胀。结论1565 nm非剥脱点阵激光照射皮肤后短期对皮肤屏障有轻微影响,但恢复较快,不良反应轻微,能有效增加胶原密度,增强皮肤弹性,达到嫩肤效果。Objective To evaluate the effect of 1565 nm non stripping dot matrix laser on skin.Methods The skin was irradiated by 1565 nm dot matrix laser,and skin elasticity,moisture content,water loss and sebum content were detected by skin physiological tester.The changes of melanin and collagen density were observed by confocal laser scanning microscope.Results The skin injury was recovered after laser irradiation for 4 to 7 days,the water content of cuticle,the loss of water through the epidermis and the echo value of skin recovered 2 weeks later;the density of collagen fiber increased and the pigment in the epidermis decreased slightly;the adverse reactions mainly included immediate pain,erythema and swelling.Conclusion The skin barrier was slightly affected by 1565 nm non stripping dot matrix laser irradiation,but the recovery was fast and the adverse reactions were slight.t could effectively increase the collagen density,enhance the skin elasticity and achieve the skin tender effect.
