摘　　要：目的调查临床医生对静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)知信行现状及影响因素。方法2020年8月—2020年9月对320名临床医生进行问卷调查,内容包括一般资料及VTE相关知识、预防态度及预防行为3个维度。结果收回有效问卷291份,VTE基础知识得分(5.29±1.90)分,VTE危险因素得分(6.33±2.22)分,预防态度得分(8.20±1.73)分,预防行为得分(6.81±1.42)分。结论目前在临床实践中VTE预防现状并不乐观,VTE相关知识掌握水平不理想,处于较低水平,预防态度和预防行为较好,未来应定期开展VTE知识和实践技能培训。Objective To investigate the knowledge,attitude and practice of clinical doctors on venous thromboembolism(VTE)and its influencing factors.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 320 clinicians from August 2020 to September 2020,including general information and VTE related knowledge,preventive attitude and preventive behavior.Results Two hundred and ninety-one valid questionnaires were collected.The score of basic knowledge of VTE was(5.29±1.90),the score of risk factors of VTE was(6.33±2.22),the score of preventive attitude was(8.20±1.73),and the score of preventive behavior was(6.81±1.42).Conclusion Current situation of VTE prevention in clinical practice is not optimistic.The level of VTE related knowledge is not ideal and is at a low level.The preventive attitude and behavior are good.VTE knowledge and practical skills training should be carried out regularly in the future.
