摘  要:目的比较药物和生活方式干预治疗糖尿病前期的疗效。方法检索中国知网、维普和万方数据库,比较不同药物和生活方式干预治疗糖尿病前期的效果。结果共纳入59篇中文文献,包括8094例患者。结果显示,多种药物和生活方式单独或联合干预糖尿病前期人群对2型糖尿病发病率的干预效果不同;饮食、运动、健康教育和吡格列酮联合组干预措施的累计排序概率图下面积最大(83.9),对于预防糖尿病前期发展为2型糖尿病最为有效。结论饮食、运动、健康教育和吡格列酮联合干预对降低糖尿病前期人群的2型糖尿病发病率效果最好。Objective To compare the efficacy of drug and lifestyle intervention in the treatment of prediabetes.Methods The databases of CNKI,VIP and Wanfang were searched.Objective to compare the effect of different drugs and lifestyle intervention in the treatment of pre diabetes.Results A total of 59 Chinese literatures were included,including 8094 patients.The results showed that the intervention effect of multiple drugs and lifestyle alone or jointly on prediabetes incidence rate of type 2 diabetes was different.The area under the cumulative probability chart of intervention measures in diet,exercise,health education and pioglitazone combination group was the largest(83.9),which was the most effective for preventing pre diabetes from developing into type 2 diabetes.Conclusion Diet,exercise,health education and pioglitazone combined intervention can reduce the incidence rate of type 2 diabetes in pre diabetes.
