北极涛动和南极涛动对西北太平洋热带气旋活动的影响  

The Influence of Arctic Oscillation and Antarctic Oscillation on Tropical Cyclones in the Northwest Pacific

摘　　要：对1979-2019年的西北太平洋热带气旋活动特征、北极涛动指数、南极涛动指数和Nino3.4指数进行分析,发现1979-1994年的热带气旋频数偏多,1995-2019年偏少,生成月份集中在6-11月,生成源地主要集中在10°N-18.3°N、127.1°E-150.5°E.南、北极涛动指数与150°E以西海区的热带气旋频数呈正相关关系,但与150°E以东海区的热带气旋频数呈负相关关系,涛动指数跟达到热带风暴、台风强度的热带气旋频数呈正相关关系,与达到强台风强度的热带气旋频数呈负相关关系.此外,南、北极涛动指数对热带气旋特征的影响机制可能与西北太平洋副热带高压、季风槽和纬向风的垂直切变幅度有关.Analyzing the characteristics of tropical cyclone activity in the Northwest Pacific,Arctic Oscillation Index,Antarctic Oscillation Index and Nino 3.4 Index from 1979 to 2019,it is found that the frequency of tropical cyclones from 1979 to 1994 was higher than that from 1995 to 2019.Concentrated in June to November,the generating source is mainly concentrated in 10°N-18.3°N,127.1°E-150.5°E.The Arctic and Arctic Oscillation Index is positively correlated with the frequency of tropical cyclones in the sea west of 150°E,but is negatively correlated with the frequency of tropical cyclones in the sea east of 150°E.The Oscillation Index is also correlated with tropical cyclones and typhoon intensity.The frequency of cyclones is positively correlated,and the frequency of tropical cyclones that reach the intensity of a strong typhoon is negatively correlated that reach the intensity of a strong typhoon is negatively correlated.In addition,the influence mechanism of the South and Arctic Oscillation Index on the characteristics of tropical cyclones may be related to the vertical shear amplitude of the subtropical high in the Northwest Pacific,the monsoon trough and the zonal wind.
