摘  要:随着单位社会不断消退,单位由“温室”转变为职业危机蕴育之所.从单位社会角度察之,首先,由传统的单位社会特征导致的公体部低效运转限制了教师潜能的发挥,是为“原发性”困境;其次,因公体部长期低效运转导改高校公共体育教育难以应对外部压力,从而弱化了公体教师职业价值及存在的合理性,是为“继发性”困境.前者是后者生成和加剧的根源,后者促进前者的反思和变革.困境的改善不仅需要公体部成员形成对于当下危机的理性共识继而主动变革,更有赖于宏观环境变迁压力的倒逼作用,具有长期性和复杂性.With the continuous decline of the unit society,the unit has changed from a"greenhouse"to a place of occupational crisis.From the perspective of unit society,first of all,the inefficient operation of the public sports department caused by the traditional unit social characteristics limits the exertion of teachers*potential,which is a"primary" dilemma;secondly,the long-term inefficient operation of the public sports department leads to the difficulty in coping with external pressure,which weakens the professional value and rationality of the existence of public sports teachers,which is a"secondary"dilemma.The former is the source of the latter's generation and intensification,while the latter promotes the former's reflection and reform.The improvement of the dilemma not only requires the members of the public sports department to form a rational consensus on the current crisis and then take the initiative to change it,but also depends on the pressure of macro environmental changes,which is long-term and complex.
