国外公共图书馆提升用户职业信息素养服务探究

摘　　要：作为信息素养的重要方面,公众职业信息的获取对社会经济的发展至关重要。公共图书馆作为开放的信息资源中心,在提升用户职业信息素养方面责无旁贷。调查发现,美、英、日三国公共图书馆提升用户职业信息素养的服务呈体系化发展,形成了公众就业服务(美)、商业和知识产权服务(英)、商务支援服务(日)三种服务模式。这些创新型服务举措彰显了图书馆事业由文化服务向素养提升转变的趋向,对我国公共图书馆的发展具有一定的启发意义。As an important aspect of information literacy,access to career information is crucial to the development of economy.Public libraries,being an open information resource center,are duty-bound to improve career information literacy of patrons.The survey shows that public libraries in the United States,United Kingdom and Japan have respectively formed a system in this regard,namely,public employment service in the USA,business and intellectual property service in the UK,and business support service in Japan.These innovative service measures highlight the trend of library undertaking from cultural service to literacy improvement and will provide guidance for the development of public libraries inChina.
