摘　　要：目的:观察Nd:YAG激光照射联合氟化物涂膜对儿童窝沟龋的预防作用。方法:选取300名乳牙已全部萌出且无龋齿的儿童为观察对象,并随机分为三组:A组给予Nd:YAG激光照射,B组给予氟化物涂膜,C组给予Nd:YAG激光照射联合氟化物涂膜。观察三组儿童干预过程焦虑情绪、龋齿发生率和配合度,比较三组儿童不良反应发生率和家属满意度的差异。结果:C组儿童龋齿发生率低于A组和B组;三组儿童干预过程中SAS得分和SDS得分无明显差别;三组儿童干预过程中配合度无明显差别,C组儿童的家属满意度高于A组和B组;A组儿童在干预过程中发生恶心不适8例,B组儿童干预过程中发生恶心不适12例,C组儿童干预过程中发生恶心不适10例,三组儿童不良反应发生率无差别。结论:Nd:YAG激光照射联合氟化物涂膜对儿童窝沟龋有较好的预防作用,可降低窝沟龋发生率,且不会增加不适,具有良好的应用价值。Objective To observe the preventive effect of Nd:YAG laser irradiation combined with fluoride coating on children’s pit and fissure caries.Methods 300 children with first molar eruption and no caries were randomly divided into three groups:group A received Nd:YAG laser irradiation,group B fluoride coating,and group C received Nd:YAG laser irradiation combined with fluoride coating.Anxiety,incidence of dental caries and degree of cooperation were observed during the intervention.The incidence of adverse reactions and satisfaction of family members were compared among the three groups.Results The incidence of dental caries in group C was lower than that in group A and C;there was no significant difference in SAS score and SDS score among the three groups;There was no significant difference in the degree of cooperation among the three groups.The satisfaction of children in group C was higher than that of group A and group B.There were 8 cases of nausea and discomfort in group A,12 cases of nausea and discomfort in group B and 10 cases of nausea and discomfort in group C.There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups.Conclusion Nd:YAG laser irradiation combined with fluoride coating has a good preventive effect on children’s pit and fissure caries,can reduce the incidence of pit and fissure caries,and does not increase discomfort,has a good application value.
