三七对特发性血小板减少症患者血栓弹力图的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨三七对特发性血小板减少性症患者血栓弹力图的影响。方法:将确诊为特发性血小板减少症的受试者60名随机分入试验组和对照组,在基础治疗的基础上试验组给予三七粉治疗,对照组给予安慰剂。经4周治疗后,观察受试者血栓弹力图相关指标的变化。结果:①试验组治疗后血小板计数为74.9×10^(9)/L,对照组为49.5×10^(9)/L,组间差异无统计学意义;②试验组、对照组治疗后的血栓弹力图R值差异无统计学意义;③试验组治疗后K值为2.1±0.3min,对照组为1.8±0.7min,组间差异有统计学意义;④试验组、对照组治疗前后α角差异无统计学意义;⑤试验组治疗后MA值为61.6±6.3 mm,对照组为51.7±7.7 mm,组间差异有统计学意义。结论:三七对特发性血小板减少症具有一定的治疗作用。Objective To investigate the influence of Panax notoginseng on thromboelastograph of patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenia.Methods 60 subjects with idiopathic thrombocytopenia were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The patients in experimental group were treated with Panax notoginseng powder,and the control group was given placebo.After 4 weeks treatment,the changes of related indexes of thromboelastograph were observed.Results①After treatment,the platelet count of the experimental group was 74.9×10^(9)/L,and that of the control group was 49.5×10^(9)/L,and the difference was not statistically significant;②There was no statistical difference in the experimental group and control group on the value of R;③After treatment,the value of K of the experimental group was 2.1±0.3 min,and that of the control group was 1.8±0.7 min,and the difference was statistically significant;④There was no significant difference in α angle between the experimental group and the control group before and after treatment;⑤After treatment,the value of MA of the experimental group was 61.6±6.3 mm,and that of the control group was 51.7±7.7 mm,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Panax notoginseng has therapeutic effect on idiopathic thrombocytopenia.
