摘  要:目的:基于CT视觉评分分析重型新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)患者的胸部CT改变与临床的相关性。方法:回顾性分析我院确诊的27例重型COVID-19患者的CT检查图像,采用CT视觉评分系统,对重型COVID-19患者的首次入院胸部CT进行评分,统计患者的年龄、发病到入院时间、入院第一次白细胞总数(WBC)、中性粒细胞总数(N)、淋巴细胞总数(L)、C反应蛋白(CRP),乳酸脱氢酶(LDH),将CT视觉评分所得总分与以上资料进行相关性分析。结果:27例重型COVID-19患者入院首次CT视觉评分总分范围3.17-25.33,均值为16.67,CT视觉评分总分与患者的年龄、LDH水平呈正相关,具有统计学意义,与WBC、N、L、CRP没有明确相关性。结论:患者的年龄及LDH水平对重型COVID-19患者肺部损伤的严重程度有提示作用。Objective To analyze the clinical correlation between CT changes of the chest of patients with severe new coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)based on CT visual score.Methods The CT examination images of 27 patients with severe COVID-19 diagnosed in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.The CT visual scoring system was used to score the first admission chest CT of patients with severe COVID-19,and the age,onset and time of admission were counted.The total number of white blood cells(WBC),neutrophils(N),lymphocytes(L),C-reactive protein(CRP),and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)at the first admission to the hospital.The above data is analyzed for correlation.Results The 27 patients with severe COVID-19 were admitted to the hospital for the first time with a total CT visual score ranging from 3.17 to 25.33,with a mean value of 16.67.The total CT visual score was positively correlated with the patient’s age and LDH level.The academic significance has no clear correlation with WBC,N,L,CRP.Conclusion The age and LDH level of the patients may suggest the severity of lung injury in patients with severe COVID-19.
