摘  要:为了解东北地区狐源大肠杆菌中超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)基因分布情况和抗生素耐药性与相应基因的联系,本试验在检测了耐药性的基础上,采用PCR技术对224株狐源大肠杆菌的ESBLs基因TEM、OXA、CTX-M和SHV进行检测和分析。结果显示:79.46%(178/224)的狐源大肠杆菌菌株为ESBLs阳性,TEM、OXA、CTX-M型和SHV型基因在分离株的检出率分别为98.21%、93.30%、75.45%和62.50%。表明不同来源的菌株均能检测出耐药基因,流行的ESBLs基因型主要以TEM型和OXA型为主,且绝大部分细菌可携带多种耐药基因,为复合基因型耐药菌株。The purpose of this study was to analyze the prevalence characterization of extended-spectrum beta-lactamases(ESBLs)gene in Escherichia coli isolates from foxes in northeast China,and explore the relationship between ESBLs gene distribution and drug resistance.Based on the detection of resistance,the ESBLs gene TEM,OXA,CTX-M,and SHV of 224 E.coli strains from foxes were detected and analyzed by PCR.The results showed that the detection rates of TEM,OXA,CTX-M,and SHV genes were 98.21%,93.30%,75.45%,and 62.50%,respectively.Resistance genes were detected in all strains from different sources.TEM and OXA genotypes were the main genotypes of ESBLs and most bacteria carried multiple resistance genes,which are multi-genotype resistant strains.
