摘  要:为了建立紫前款甘散的质量标准,采用显微鉴别方法,对紫菀、前胡、甘草、款冬花、枇杷叶进行鉴别。采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对处方中前胡、甘草、枇杷叶进行鉴别,应用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定紫前款甘散中紫菀酮的含量。结果显示:显微镜下,紫前款甘散中紫菀、前胡、甘草、款冬花及枇杷叶药材均显微特征明显;TLC定性鉴别方法专属性强,各色谱斑点清晰且分离度较好,且阴性对照均无干扰;HPLC含量测定结果显示,紫菀酮在0.025~0.2 mg/mL呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),加样回收率为100.17%,RSD=1.77%。综上,上述方法可用于紫前款甘散的质量控制。To establish the quality standard for Ziqiankuangan powder,the microscopic identification method was used to identify Ziqiankuangan powder in the preparation.Thin layer chromatography(TLC)was used for qualitative identification of Radix peucedani,Folium eriobotryae,and Radix glycyrrhizae in the preparation and the content of shionone was detected by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Under the microscope,the microscopic characteristics of Radix asteris,Radix peucedani,Radix glycyrrhizae,Farfarae flos and Folium eriobotryae were obvious.The TLC qualitative identification methods were established with strong specificity.The TLC spots were clear,separating degree was perfect,and negative control had no interference.According to the HPLC analysis,the line range for shionone was 0.025-0.2 mg/mL(r=0.9999).And the average recovery was 100.17%with RSD of 1.77%.These methods are simple,accurate and repeatable,and can be used for quality control of Ziqiankuangan powder.
