摘 要:浆液扩散半径是注浆加固技术中的一项重要参数,主要受注浆孔径、注浆压力、目标层渗透性以及浆液粘稠度等因素影响,决定着注浆钻孔的布置、浆液的消耗量等其他技术参数。对于采煤沉陷回填区孔隙注浆,受施工及成本限制,注浆孔径及浆液稠度变化范围较小,因此主要考虑其受注浆压力、回填土渗透性的影响,文中为研究注浆压力、回填土渗透性对孔隙注浆半径影响规律,采用理论分析、离散元流固耦合数值模拟、现场验证等方法,得出不同注浆压力、回填土渗透性作用下,浆液扩散半径的变化规律,并将研究结果运用到工程实践,取得良好的治理效果。Slurry diffusion radius was an important parameter in grouting reinforcement technology.It was affected mainly by the grouting aperture,the grouting pressure,the permeability of the target layer and the slurry viscosity,which determined the layout of grouting holes,the slurry consumption and other technical parameters.For the pore grouting in the mining subsidence backfill area,due to the limitation of the construction and the cost,the variation ranges of the grouting aperture and the slurry consistency were small.Therefore,the influences of the grouting pressure and the backfill permeability were considered mainly.In this paper,in order to study the influence law of the grouting pressure and the backfill permeability on the pore grouting radius,the theoretical analysis,the discrete element fluid-solid coupling numerical simulation,the field verification and other methods were used,and the variation law of the slurry diffusion radius was obtained under different grouting pressures and backfill permeability,and the research result was used to the engineering practice to achieve good governance results.
