九转促孕汤治疗肾虚痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征不孕症的临床价值研究

摘　　要：目的探究肾虚痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕症应用九转促孕汤治疗的效果。方法选取郑州市中医院2019年1月至2020年12月收治的100例肾虚痰湿型PCOS不孕症患者进行研究,按随机排列法分为对照组和实验组,各50例。对照组予以炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗,实验组在对照组基础上予以九转促孕汤治疗,观察用药前(就诊时)、用药后(用药3个月后停药的第1 d)中医症候积分、血清激素水平变化及用药期间不良反应发生情况。结果用药后,两组中医症候积分均较用药前降低,且实验组低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);用药后,两组血清黄体生成素(LH)、孕酮(P)水平均较用药前降低,血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平均较用药前升高,且实验组血清LH、P水平均低于对照组,血清FSH水平高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);用药期间,两组均未见明显的皮疹、恶心、呕吐、肝肾功能损害等不良反应。结论九转促孕汤能够显著改善肾虚痰湿型PCOS不孕症患者的症状,调节激素水平,且不良反应少,安全性高。Objective To investigate the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)with kidney deficiency and phlegm-dampness type using Jiuzhuan Cuyun decoction.Methods A total of 100 patients with PCOS who were admitted to Zhengzhou Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected,the patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group(50 cases each).The control group was treated with Daying-35,and the experimental group was treated with Jiuzhuan Cuyun decoction,the TCM symptom scores,the changes of serum hormone levels and the occurrence of adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment(3 months after withdrawal).Results After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of serum lutropin alfa(LH)and progesterone(P)in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,the serum level of LH and P in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the serum level of FSH was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),no obvious adverse reactions such as skin rash,nausea,vomiting,liver and kidney function damage were observed in the two groups.Conclusion Jiuzhuan Cuyun decoction can significantly improve the symptoms of PCOS infertility patients with kidney deficiency and phlegm-dampness type,regulate hormone levels,and less adverse reactions,high safety.
