综合护理干预在骨质疏松患者中的应用

摘　　要：骨质疏松是老年人群多发骨病之一,不仅可引发患者出现身长缩短、腰背疼、驼背等症状,同时还易增加其骨折发生几率,从而对其身心健康和生活质量造成严重不良影响,尽早采取有效方案对患者进行治疗和干预,是降低其骨折发生几率和改善其预后的关键,尤其是采取有效的护理措施辅助临床治疗,才能全面提高患者预后效果.综合护理是一种根据患者病情、心理和生理特点制定的护理模式,能保证护理工作的针对性、连续性和全面性,将其应用到骨质疏松患者护理工作中,将能全面提高患者预后效果.本文主要简述了骨质疏松的发生机制及危害,总结了对骨质疏松患者施行综合护理干预的方法及效果,以期能为后续临床提供有效参考.Objective:Osteoporosis is one of the multiple bone diseases of the elderly.It can not only cause patients to suffer from shortened length,low back pain,hunchback and other symptoms,but also easily increase the probability of fractures.Adverse effects,as soon as possible to take effective programs to treat and intervene patients,is the key to reduce the incidence of fractures and improve their prognosis,especially to adopt effective nursing measures to assist clinical treatment,in order to comprehensively improve the prognosis of patients.Comprehensive nursing is a nursing model developed according to the patients condition,psychological and physiological characteristics,which can ensure the targeted,continuity and comprehensiveness of nursing work.Applying it to the nursing work of osteoporosis patients will comprehensively improve the patients prognosis,effect.This article mainly summarizes the occurrence mechanism and harm of osteoporosis,and summarizes the methods and effects of comprehensive nursing intervention for osteoporosis patients,in order to provide effective reference for subsequent clinical.
