摘  要:目的分析锦州市疫区鼠密度、带毒率情况,为探索肾综合征出血热的防治提供依据。方法采用夹夜法捕鼠,间接免疫荧光法检测鼠肺中病毒携带情况。结果2017—2019年锦州市出血热疫区捕鼠2科4属5种,共608只。村内鼠优势种为褐家鼠,野外为黑线姬鼠。平均鼠密度为2.24%,鼠带毒率为4.44%。各年份春季的平均鼠带毒率(7.92%、3.92%和5.83%)均高于秋季平均鼠带毒率(1.96%、1.98%和5.00%)。结论锦州地区鼠间疫情集中在春季农村居民区,应严格监测疫区动态,防止人群出血热疫情的暴发。Objective To analyze the rodent density and virus carriage rate in the epidemic areas of Jinzhou City,and provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome(HFRS).Methods Night trap method was adopted to capture rodents,and indirect immunofluorescence assay was employed for detection of virus in lungs of rodents.Results A total of 608 rodents were captured,belonging to 2 families 4 genera 5 species.Rattus norvegicus was the dominant species in the villages,while Apodemus agrarius in the field.The average rodent density was 2.24% and the virus carriage rate was 4.44%.The average virus carriage rates in spring were 7.92%,3.92% and 5.83% respectively in 2017,2018 and 2019,higher than those in autumn(1.96%,1.98%and 5.00%).Conclusion The epidemic of HFRS in rodent mainly occurred in rural residential areas of Jinzhou City in spring.It is necessary to monitor epidemic situation strictly and avoid outbreak of HFRS in human.
