摘 要:目的了解深圳市清林径水库区域鼠类及蚊类的种群结构分布及密度。方法鼠类监测采用笼夜法,蚊类监测采用诱蚊灯法。结果鼠类平均密度为2.20%,优势种群为褐家鼠﹐占74.19%。蚊平均密度为2.5只/(灯·夜),优势蚊种为致倦库蚊,占97%。结论初步掌握了清林径水库库区鼠类、蚊类种群分布及密度情况。Objective To understand the population structure,distribution and density of rodents and mosquitoes in Qinglinjing Reservoir of Shenzhen.Methods The cage trap at night was used for rodent monitoring,and the light trap for mosquito monitoring.Results The average rodents density was 2.20%,and the dominant species was Rattus norvegicus accounting for 74.19%.The average mosquito density was 2.5 insects per lamp at one night,and the dominant species was Culex quinquefasciatus accounting for 97%.Conclusion The population distribution and density of rodents and mosquitoes in the area of Qinglinjing Reservoir are preliminarily understood.
