杀铃脲在卫生害虫防控上的研究与应用

摘　　要：卫生害虫给人类健康和正常生活造成了较大的影响。使用化学杀虫剂是控制其危害的重要手段之一。苯甲酰脲类杀虫剂杀铃脲具有胃毒和触杀作用,通过影响体内几丁质的正常含量、破坏蜕皮激素和保幼激素平衡,对不同生长发育阶段和性别的多种卫生害虫均有效。杀铃脲可经卵巢,跨性别跨代传递,其持效期长、与传统杀虫剂的交互抗性风险小,适用于卫生害虫综合管理。已有多种杀铃脲制剂被开发应用于蚊蝇和白蚁的防控,其防效显著且对非靶标影响小。杀铃脲在卫生害虫防控上的研究值得关注和加强,其应用也值得进一步推广。Public health pests have a great impact on human health and normal life.The use of chemical insecticides is one of important means to control the harm of such pests.Triflumuron,a benzoyl urea insecticide,has stomach and contact actions.By affecting normal content of chitin and disrupting balance of molting and juvenile hormones in vivo,it can effectively control varieties of health pests of different growth stages and sexes.Triflumuron can be ovarially transmitted across sexes and generations with the features of long-lasting effect and low risk of cross-resistance with traditional insecticides,and suitable for integrated management of public health pests.A number of triflumuron formulations have been developed and applied for the control of mosquitoes,flies and termites with significant effects and little impact on non-targets.Research of triflumuron on public health pest control is worthy of attention and strengthening,and its application also deserves further extension.
