摘 要:目的探究BG-trap诱捕器法作为蚊媒监测和登革热应急成蚊监测方法的可行性。方法分别采用BG-trap诱捕器法、紫外灯诱法(UV-trap)以及人诱停落法诱捕蚊虫,分析捕获蚊虫的种类和数量。结果人诱停落法捕获蚊虫种类均为白纹伊蚊,在上午、下午和晚上3个时段的每次平均捕获数分别为3.33±0.33、3.66±0.17和6.00±0.37只/(人·h)。BG-trap在3个时段平均捕蚊效率为(3.96±1.03)只/h,显著高于诱蚊灯法的(0.57±0.54)只/h,并且BG-trap在3个时段对白纹伊蚊的捕获率远远大于UV-trap,分别是后者的7.2、30.4倍。结论BG-trap诱捕法蚊虫捕蚊总有效率和对白纹伊蚊的捕获效率均明显高于诱蚊灯法,具有推广应用价值。Objective To investigate the feasibility of the BG-trap applied in mosquito vector monitoring and emergency dengue fever surveillance.Methods The BG-trap,the mosquito lamp trap and the human luring landing were adopted for mosquito catching,and the mosquitoes captured were identified and calculated.Results The mosquitoes captured by human luring landing were all Aedes albopictus,with the efficiencies 3.33±0.33,3.66±0.17,and 6.00±0.37 mosquitoes by one person per hour respectively at the mornings,afternoons and nights.The BG-traps showed the average mosquito catching efficiency of(3.96±1.03)insects per hour,better than the mosquito lamps(0.57±0.54)insects per hour.The capture rate of BG-trap was 7.2,30.4 and 5.2 times higher than that of UV-trap in three periods respectively.Conclusion The BG-traps displayed higher efficiency than the mosquito lamps,deserving popularization for the application in monitoring of adult Aedes albopictus.
