摘 要:目的针对西北温区某训练基地宿营地域进行鼠类种群密度调查,为防治工作提供依据。方法以粉迹法和鼠笼法综合判断鼠密度。结果累计捕获3种鼠共38只,包括褐家鼠、黑线姬鼠和棕背鼠平。用粉迹法和鼠笼法调查驻地鼠密度分别为22.2%和13.5%。林地鼠密度最高,其次是空地和楼房。结论该训练基地鼠类种群密度较高,应当根据不同生境选择不同防鼠策略。Objective In order to provide the reference for rodent control,the rodent population density was investigated in the camping area of a training base in the temperate climate zone northwest China.Methods The powder trace and the mousetraps methods were used to investigate the population density of rodents.Results A total of 38 rodents belonging to three species were captured,including Rattus norvegicus,Apodemus agrarius,and Myodes rufocanus.The population density of rodents was 22.2% by the powder trace method or 13.5% by the mouse traps method.The rodent population density was the highest in woodland,followed by frontages and buildings.Conclusion The rodent population density was high in the training base,and the control strategies should be fixed with different habitats.
