摘  要:目的:探讨生物刺激反馈联合凯格尔(Kegel)训练治疗女性子宫脱垂的临床效果。方法:2016年1月-2020年6月收治子宫脱垂女性患者67例,按患者自主意愿分为两组。A组采用盆底康复生物刺激反馈治疗;B组在盆底康复生物刺激反馈治疗基础上联合Kegel训练。比较两组治疗效果。结果:B组治疗后盆底肌肌力及最大肌电位改善幅度均高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组治疗总有效率高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:生物刺激反馈联合Kegel训练治疗女性子宫脱垂,患者盆底肌肌力指标明显提升,子宫脱垂程度改善更为明显,临床疗效更为确切。Objective:To explore the clinical effects of biological stimulation feedback and Kegel training in the treatment of descensus uteri in women.Methods:From January 2016 to June 2020,67 women with uterine prolapse were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to the patient's willingness.A group was treated with pelvic floor rehabilitation of biological stimulation feedback therapy.B group received Kegel training on the basis of pelvic floor rehabilitation of biological stimulation feedback therapy.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The improvement of pelvic floor muscle strength and maximum muscle potential in B group was higher than that in A group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in B group was higher than that in A group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bio-stimulation feedback combined with Kegel training in the treatment of descensus uteri,the pelvic floor muscle strength index of the patient is significantly improved,the degree of uterine prolapse is improved more obviously,and the clinical effect is more accurate.
