重症肩周炎50例临床治疗体会

摘　　要：目的:研究对重症肩周炎患者使用不同治疗方法的效果及患者康复情况。方法:2018年6月-2020年1月收治重症肩周炎患者50例,随机分为两组,各25例。对照组采用西乐葆联合盘龙七治疗,同时进行常规护理干预;观察组采用布洛芬缓释胶囊联合中医汤剂治疗,同时进行全面护理干预。对两组患者临床症状恢复情况进行对比。结果:观察组夜间阵痛、水肿及肩关节无力的发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肩周炎相关临床症状积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组Barthel指数及MMSE指数均高于对照组,SCL-90一般症状指数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全时期人性化护理方式的运用,可帮助重症肩周炎患者更好地恢复健康。Purpose:To study the effects of different treatment methods on patients with severe frozen shoulder and their rehabilitation.Methods:From June 2018 to January 2020,50 patients with severe frozen shoulder were treated and randomly divided into two groups,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Celebrex combined with Panlongqi for routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with ibuprofen sustained-release capsules combined with Chinese medicine decoction for comprehensive nursing intervention.The recovery of clinical symptoms of the two groups of patients was compared.Results:The incidence of night pains,edema and shoulder weakness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of clinical symptoms related to frozen shoulder in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant.Scientific significance(P<0.05);the Barthel index and MMSE index of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the SCL-90 general symptom index was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of humanized nursing methods throughout the period can help patients with severe frozen shoulder to better recover their health.
