摘　　要：目的:分析自拟久泻方治疗肠易激综合征腹泻型的效果。方法:2018年5月-2020年5月收治肠易激综合征腹泻型患者108例,随机分为两组。研究组采用自拟久泻方治疗;对比组采用金双歧治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、治愈时间及满意度。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为98.18%,对比组治疗总有效率为94.34%;研究组治愈时间低于对比组,患者满意度评分高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:久泻方治疗肠易激综合征腹泻型的效果显著,能够有效降低治愈时间,患者满意度高。Objective:To analyze the effect of self-made Jiuxie prescript in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome diarrhea type.Methods:From May 2018 to May 2020,108 cases of patients with irritable bowel syndrome diarrhea type were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups.The study group was treated with self-made Jiuxie prescript.The control group was treated with Western medicine.The clinical efficacy,cure time and satisfaction of patients were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 98.18%and in the control group was 94.34%.The cure time in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the patients'satisfaction score was higher than that control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Jiuxie prescript in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome diarrhea type is significant,which can effectively reduce the cure time and improve patients'satisfaction.
