摘　　要：目的:探究医养结合护理应用于脑卒中抑郁患者护理中的效果。方法:2018年1月-2019年12月收治脑卒中患者68例,随机分为两组,各34例。对照组给予常规护理;试验组应用医养结合护理。比较两组患者并发症发生率、焦虑和抑郁评分。结果:试验组并发症发生率、焦虑和抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将医养结合护理应用于脑卒中患者的护理中,能够最大限度地保障患者康复安全性,改善患者心理状态。Objective:To explore the effect of combination of medical and old-age care in the nursing of post-stroke depression patients.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2019,68 cases of stroke patients were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 34 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing.The experimental group carried out combination of medical and old-age care nursing model.The incidence of complications,the anxiety and depression scale scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of complications,the anxiety and depression scale scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying the combination of medical and old-age care to the stroke patients can guarantee the patient's rehabilitation safety to the greatest extent and improve the their psychological state.
