摘　　要：目的:探讨疼痛护理质量管理在手外科患者中的应用效果。方法:2019年4月-2019年7月收治手外伤患者70例,作为对照组;2019年8月-2019年11月收治手外伤患者80例,作为观察组。对照组实施手外科常规护理;观察组在常规护理基础上联合疼痛护理质量管理。比较两组疼痛管理满意度及疼痛数字分级法(NRS)评分。结果:观察组疼痛护理质量管理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后NRS最大值及最小值,即NRSmax、NRSmin评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在临床治疗手外伤患者的过程中,予以手外科常规护理措施的同时,实施疼痛护理质量管理,可提高患者对疼痛护理管理的满意度,并有效改善患者疼痛程度。Objective:To explore the application effect of pain nursing quality management in hand surgery patients.Methods:From April 2019 to July 2019,70 cases of hand trauma patients were admitted as the control group.From August 2019 to November 2019,80 cases of hand trauma patients were admitted as the observation group.We compared the pain management satisfaction and pain number(NRS)scores of the two groups.Results:The satisfaction degree of pain care quality management in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative NRS max and NRS min scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of clinical treatment of patients with hand trauma,the routine nursing measures of hand surgery and the implementation of pain care quality management can improve the satisfaction of patients with pain care management and effectively improve the pain degree of patients.
