静脉植入胸壁式输液港在乳腺癌术后化疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察乳腺癌术后化疗患者应用静脉植入胸壁式输液港的临床运用效果及护理对策。方法:2019年4月-2020年8月收治乳腺癌化疗患者40例,随机分为两组,各20例。观察组行静脉植入胸壁式输液港与相应护理干预;对照组行PICC置管辅助化疗及相关护理干预。比较两组患者诊疗情况、护理情况、并发症发生率及满意度。结果:观察组住院时间及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组,自护技能掌握程度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对乳腺癌术后化疗患者行静脉植入胸壁式输液港及相关护理,可降低患者并发症的发生风险,使其负面情绪能得到及时改善,以帮助患者保持较稳定的诊疗状态,提升患者诊疗及护理满意度。Objective:To observe the clinical effect and nursing countermeasures of intravenous implantation of thoracic wall infusion port in the application of patients with breast cancer after operation.Methods:From April 2019 to August 2020,40 cases of patients who received breast cancer chemotherapy were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 20 cases in each group.The observation group performed intravenous implantation of thoracic wall infusion port and corresponding nursing intervention.The control group received PICC intubation adjuvant chemotherapy and related nursing intervention.The diagnosis and treatment,nursing status,incidence of complications and satisfaction of patients were compared between the two groups.Results:The lengths of hospital stay and SDS scores in observation group were lower than those in control group,the score of self-care skill mastery was higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intravenous implantation of chest wall infusion port and related nursing can reduce the risk of complications and improve the negative emotions in time to help patients maintain a stable diagnosis and treatment state,it also can improve patient's satisfaction of diagnosis and nursing.
