摘 要:自进式超前大管棚支护技术主要用于隧道建设,一般用于隧道洞口段建设,通过支护和灌浆工序可以实现对不稳定围岩段的稳固处理,从而有利于工程项目建设顺利推进。利用大管棚支护技术,可以提高围岩的强度,减少形变量发生,从根本上改善施工环境,确保工程项目质量合格。结合滇中引水工程项目香炉山隧洞建设,对施工过程中因为围岩不稳定带来的施工困难进行了分析,对自进式超前大管棚施工的相关措施进行技术论证,对施工效果进行了定量评价。The self-propelled and advanced pipe shed support technology is mainly used in tunnel construction and is generally used in tunnel opening section construction.Through support and grouting process,the stability of unstable surrounding rock section can be achieved,which is conducive to the smooth progress of project construction.The use of pipe shed support technology can improve the strength of surrounding rock,reduce the occurrence of deformation,fundamentally improve the construction environment,and ensure the quality of the project.Based on the construction of Xianglushan tunnel of water diversion project in Yunnan Province,the construction difficulties caused by unstable surrounding rocks during construction are analyzed,the relevant measures for construction of self-propelled and advance pipe shed are demonstrated and the construction effect is evaluated quantitatively.
