摘  要:滇中引水工程香炉山隧洞是滇中引水工程最长的深埋隧洞。香炉山隧洞及“5433-1”号施工支洞穿越活动断裂带及其影响带,隧洞施工过程中揭露围岩主要以泥页岩、泥质粉砂岩、碎裂岩及碎粉岩等软弱破碎围岩为主,岩体遇水泥化、软化现象明显,自稳能力极差,采用普通砂浆锚杆及中空锚杆支护由于支护效果不佳,隧洞多次发生软岩大变形。管式注浆锚杆采用凿岩机安装有效克服塌孔、缩颈等插杆困难,高效的管口止浆堵塞能提高灌浆压力固结软弱破碎岩体,可灌注双液浆减少了富水洞段浆液流失,大大提高了初期支护的强度及效果。Xianglushan tunnel is the longest deep buried tunnelinYunnanWater Diversion Project.Xianglushan Tunnel and No.5433-1 construction branch tunnel pass through active fracture zone and influence zone.During tunnel construction,the exposed surrounding rocks are mainly weak and fractured surrounding rocks such as mud shale,argillaceous siltstone,cataclastic rocks and crushed rock.The rock mass encounters obvious cement and softening phenomena and its self-stability is extremely poor.The support with ordinary mortar anchor rod and hollow anchor rod is not very effective.Large deformation of soft rock occurs many times in the tunnel.Pipe grouting anchor rod is installed by drill to effectively overcome the difficulties of plugging such as collapse and necking.High-efficiency nozzle grouting blockage can improve grouting pressure to consolidate weak and fractured rock mass,and double grout can be poured to reduce grout loss in water-rich tunnel section,thus greatly improving the strength and effect of initial support.
