摘 要:新能源领域要求开关变换器具有宽增益范围、高效率和高功率密度的特点。论文针对新能源电动汽车充电系统,提出了一种基于交错级联结构的多模式变频宽输出LLC变换器。该变换器原边为双半桥交错结构,副边整流器为上下级联结构,通过控制原边交错模式和副边开关管的导通与截止,具有4种不同的电路模式,其增益比为0.5∶1∶1.5∶2。电路模式切换结合变频控制,可以在较窄频带内实现宽范围的输出电压。所提出的LLC变换器分别实现了原边开关管的ZVS开通和副边二极管的ZCS关断,具有良好的软开关性能。制作了1.1 kW的实验样机,输入电压400 V,输出电压100~420 V,峰值效率大于95%。理论分析和实验结果均表明,基于交错级联结构的多模式变频宽输出LLC变换器性能良好,具有较好的应用价值。In the field of new energy,switching converters are required to have the characteristics of wide gain range,high efficiency and high power density.Aiming at the charging system of new energy electric vehicles,a multi-mode variable frequency wide output LLC converter based on interleaved cascaded structure is proposed in this paper.The primary side of the converter is a double half bridge interleaved structure,and the secondary side rectifier is an upper and lower connected structure.By controlling the primary side interleaving mode and the secondary side switch on and off,the converter has four different circuit modes,and the gain ratio is 0.5∶1∶1.5∶2.Circuit mode switching combined with frequency conversion control can achieve a wide range of output voltage in a narrow frequency band.The proposed LLC converter achieves ZVS turn-on of primary side switch and ZCS turn-off of secondary side diode respectively,which has good soft switching performance.A 1.1 kW prototype is made.The input voltage is 400 V and the output voltage is 100~420 V.The peak efficiency is more than 95%.Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the multi-mode variable frequency wide output LLC converter based on interleaved cascaded structure has good performance and good application value.
