摘　　要：采用腐蚀剂摸索试验,选取不同配比的腐蚀剂对GCr15钢连铸坯进行腐蚀。结果表明,4种腐蚀剂均可用于GCr15钢连铸坯的腐蚀,并可计算柱状晶/等轴晶比例、枝晶的一次晶、二次晶间距等参数,以此作为优化GCr15钢连铸坯生产工艺的重要依据。The corrosion of continuous casting billet of GCr15 steel with different ratio of etchant was studied.The results show that the four corrosive agents can be used for the corrosion of GCr15 steel continuous casting billet,and the parameters such as the ratio of columnar grains to equiaxed grains,the spacing between primary and secondary grains of dendrite can be calculated,which can be used as an important basis for optimizing the production process of GCr15 Steel continuous casting billet.
