摘　　要：宣钢开展降铁耗攻关,通过建立低铁耗冶炼模式,同步优化升级转炉氧枪系统,进行出钢口扩径,铸机实施提拉速等措施,大大缩短转炉冶炼周期,提高企业生产效率,实现了低铁耗模式下的快节奏生产目的,且具备了日产14000 t的能力。Xuangang has carried out the key problem of reducing iron consumption. By establishing low-speed iron consumption smelting mode, optimizing and upgrading converter oxygen gun system synchronously, expanding the diameter of the steel outlet and implementing the measures of raising the speed of casting machine, the smelting cycle of converter is greatly shortened, the production efficiency of the enterprise is improved, the fast-paced production purpose under the low iron consumption mode is realized, and the capacity of daily production is 14 000 t.
