抗生素骨水泥联合负压封闭引流术治疗创伤性骨髓炎的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析创伤性骨髄炎患者应用负压封闭引流术联合抗生素骨水泥治疗的效果。方法:本次研究对象选择我院80例创伤性骨髄炎患者作为,患者收治时间为2017年4月-2020年4月,患者分组采用单双号法进行,双号为一组(观察组,40例),单号为一组(对照组,40例),观察组治疗方法为负压封闭引流术联合抗生素骨水泥,对照组治疗方法为抗生素骨水泥,对比2组治疗效果。结果:创面愈合时间对比,观察组(20.74±2.55)天,相较于对照组(28.16±2.28)天更短,治疗总有效率对比,观察组92.50%,相较于对照组75.00%更高,组间具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:创伤性骨髓炎患者应用负压封闭引流术联合抗生素骨水泥治疗的临床效果显著,不仅能有效缓解患者患部疼痛和减轻其机体炎症反应,还能缩短其创面愈合时间。Objective:To analyze the effect of negative pressure sealing drainage combined with antibiotic bone cement in patients with traumatic osteomyelitis.Methods:The study subjects selected 80 patients with traumatic osteomyelitis in our hospital.The patients were admitted from April 2017 to April 2020.The patients were grouped by the odd and even number method,and the double numbers were a group(treatment group,40patients)The single number is a group(control group,40patients),the treatment group is negative pressure closed drainage combined with antibiotic bone cement,and the control group is antibiotic bone cement.The treatment effect of the two groups is compared.Results:Comparing wound healing time,the treatment group(20.74±2.55)was shorter than the control group(28.16±2.28),and the total effective rate of treatment was compared.The treatment group(92.50%)was compared with the control group(75.00%)Higher,statistically significant between group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of negative pressure sealing drainage combined with antibiotic bone cement treatment in patients with traumatic osteomyelitis is significant.It can not only effectively relieve the pain in the affected area and reduce the inflammation of the body,but also shorten the wound healing time.
