摘　　要：新一代信息技术以其数字化、网络化、智能化的显著特点塑造着乡村治理新情境、新模式和新动力。通过对赋能理论进行中国情境下的修正,选取技术驱动乡村治理创新的标杆性案例——浙江省F镇“四个平台”,在阐述技术赋能运行逻辑的基础上,进一步探讨了技术赋能成效、行动困境以及优化路径。为了更好地释放信息技术的治理成效,未来需要鼓励多元主体参与,优化相关的系统机制,充分释放权力赋能成效;建立部门间协调合作机制,完善工作考核与监督体系,全面提升结构赋能成效;激发工作人员自我效能感,提升村民能力素质,双向提升心理赋能成效,以适应信息化新时代社会发展与治理的需要,迎接国家治理能力与治理现代化的到来。The new generation of information technology,with its remarkable characteristics of digitalization,networking and intelligence,is shaping the new situation,new mode and new power of rural governance.Based on the revision of empowerment theory in Chinese context,this study selects the benchmarking case of technology driven rural governance innovation-“four platforms”of F town in Zhejiang province.On the basis of expounding the operation logic of technology empowerment,it further discusses the effect of technology empowerment,action dilemma and optimization path.In order to better release the governance efficiency of information technology,we need to encourage the participation of multiple subjects,optimize the relevant system mechanism,and fully release the power empowerment effect in the future.We need to establish inter-departmental coordination and cooperation mechanism,improve the work assessment and supervision system,and comprehensively improve the effectiveness of structural empowerment.We also need to stimulate the staff's sense of self-efficacy and improve the villagers'ability and quality,and enhance psychological empowerment in two ways,so as to meet the needs of social development and governance in the new era of information technology,and meet the arrival of national governance capacity and governance modernization.
