摘　　要：通过对企业生产经营数据管理现状的分析以及国家和行业对数据统计的要求,提出了建设企业数据中心的目标和思路;以“数据报表管理为抓手”,梳理优化企业关键业务流程,并借助大数据、云计算、BI智能分析、统计方法、精益管理工具打造企业动态数据管理平台;通过数据中心建设,企业数据的填报、统计、分类、决策、对标创标工作实现了流程优化提升,实现了底层数据高效集成,为生产经营管理决策提供了数据支撑,提高企业数据管理水平,助力企业高质量发展。Based on the analysis of the current situation of the enterprise's production and operation data management and the requirements of the country and the industry for the data statistical tools,the paper puts forward the goal and ideas of constructing the enterprise data center."Focusing on data report management",it combs and optimizes key business processes of enterprises,and builds a dynamic data management platform with the help of big data,cloud computing,BI intelligent analysis,statistical methods and lean management tools.Through the construction of data center,enterprise data filling,statistics,classification,decision making,bid creation and creation have realized process optimization and improvement,and the efficient integration of underlying data has been realized,which provides data support for production,operation and management decisions,improves enterprise data management level,and helps enterprises develop with high quality.
