摘　　要：本文以软件技术专业为研究对象,在“1+X”证书制度背景下,以人才培养模式为切入点,通过分析软件技术专业现状及存在问题,并以“1+X”Web前端开发职业技能等级证书考核标准为目标和依据,从人才培养模式改革、课程体系升级、师资队伍建设、教学模式创新、实训室建设以及评价体系构建等方面进行全面的建设与改革,有效提升我院软件技术专业的人才培养水平,并对同类专业起到示范引领作用。Based on software technology as the research object,under the background of"1+X"certificate system,to the talent training mode as the breakthrough point,through the analysis of the status quo and existing problems of software technology specialty,and the"1+X"professional skill level certificate examination standard Web front-end development as the goal and the basis,from the talent training mode reform,curriculum system upgrade,the teachers troop construction,teaching mode innovation,training rooms and evaluation system to build a comprehensive construction and reform,effectively raising the level of talents training in software technique major of our hospital,play the part of demonstration leading role and the professional.
